Mojou z\u00e1kladnou \u00falohou, lep\u0161ie povedan\u00e9 moje kompetencie, bola bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 na cest\u00e1ch. Podarilo sa n\u00e1m napr\u00edklad zjednoti\u0165 n\u00fadzov\u00e9 volanie pod \u010d\u00edslo 112 pre cel\u00fa Eur\u00f3psku \u00daniu, zavies\u0165 SOS tla\u010didl\u00e1 do automobilov, zavedenie jazdn\u00fdch asistentov a teraz rie\u0161ime t\u00e9mu predn\u00e9ho brzdov\u00e9ho svetla. Tento rok som vst\u00fapil do Eur\u00f3pskej rady pre bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 dopravy, kde sa zaober\u00e1me jazdn\u00fdmi asisten\u010dn\u00fdmi syst\u00e9mami, ktor\u00e9 boli zaveden\u00e9 do povinnej v\u00fdbavy.<\/p>\n<h5>Zd\u00e1 sa, \u017ee pr\u00e1ve bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 na cest\u00e1ch je va\u0161\u00edm celo\u017eivotn\u00fdm cie\u013eom a \u00fasil\u00edm. Pre\u010do?<\/h5>\n<p>Aj ke\u010f som povolan\u00edm vy\u0161tudovan\u00fd architekt, pr\u00e1ve bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 na cest\u00e1ch je to, \u010do mi v\u017edy le\u017ealo na srdci. Pre tieto vozidl\u00e1 preto potrebujeme vybudova\u0165 tri komunika\u010dn\u00e9 kan\u00e1ly, ktor\u00e9 musia bezchybne fungova\u0165. No na druhej strane, s t\u00fdm, \u017ee bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my prik\u00e1\u017ee ako s\u00fa\u010das\u0165 povinnej v\u00fdbavy, sa tieto bezpe\u010dnostn\u00e9 asisten\u010dn\u00e9 syst\u00e9my st\u00e1vaj\u00fa lacnej\u0161ie, teda dostupnej\u0161ie pre \u0161ir\u0161iu masu \u013eud\u00ed. Ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je aj odb\u00faranie rizika \u00fanavy u vodi\u010dov kami\u00f3nov.<\/p>\n<h5>Ak\u00e9 s\u00fa teraz n\u00e1lady v Eur\u00f3pskom parlamente, \u010do sa t\u00fdka schva\u013eovania asisten\u010dn\u00fdch syst\u00e9mov do povinnej v\u00fdbavy automobilov?<\/h5>\n<p>&#8211; V roku 2018 sa uskuto\u010dnila ve\u013ek\u00e1 konferencia z\u00e1stupcov Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu a Eur\u00f3pskej komisie a Rady pre bezpe\u010dnos\u0165. V\u00fdsledok stretnutia bol ve\u013emi pozit\u00edvny, no mus\u00ed sa e\u0161te dotiahnu\u0165 zop\u00e1r faktorov a taktie\u017e treba doplni\u0165 niektor\u00e9 inform\u00e1cie. No pracuje sa na tom, a pre Eur\u00f3psky parlament je to ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e1 agenda. Ako ste sa u\u017e spomenuli, Eur\u00f3psky parlament nechce, aby boli vozidl\u00e1 drah\u0161ie, no z\u00e1rove\u0148 aby boli bezpe\u010dnej\u0161ie.<\/p>\n<h5>Brzd\u00ed zav\u00e1dzanie tak\u00fdchto prvkov byrokracia?<\/h5>\n<p>\u00c1no, je to pravda. Byrokracia predl\u017euje legislat\u00edvny proces, ale na druhej strane tieto pravidl\u00e1 musia by\u0165 zaveden\u00e9. Tak isto aj \u010do sa t\u00fdka projektu predn\u00e9ho brzdov\u00e9ho svetla. Je ve\u013emi d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, aby bol tento prvok zaveden\u00fd v celej \u00danii, nielen na Slovensku, v Nemecku \u010di Taliansku. Na tom pracujeme a ja tomu ver\u00edm.<\/p>\n<h5>Pre\u010do sa pr\u00e1ve Slovensko stalo krajinou, kde sa predn\u00e9 brzdov\u00e9 svetlo testuje v skuto\u010dnej prem\u00e1vke, v re\u00e1lnych podmienkach?<\/h5>\n<p>P\u00e1n \u013dubom\u00edr Marjak, ktor\u00fd stoj\u00ed za projektom predn\u00e9ho brzdov\u00e9ho svetla je Slov\u00e1k. On ma s touto my\u0161lienkou obozn\u00e1mil. M\u0148a to ve\u013emi nadchlo a vytvorili sme t\u00edm, ktor\u00fd za\u010dal na projekte intenz\u00edvne pracova\u0165.<\/p>\n<h5>Vy ste st\u00e1li aj pri zav\u00e1dzan\u00ed tla\u010didl\u00e1 SOS do automobilov. Vtedy sa hovorilo, \u017ee tento prvok zn\u00ed\u017ei po\u010det a z\u00e1va\u017enos\u0165 zranen\u00ed pri nehod\u00e1ch na cest\u00e1ch o 10 a\u017e 15 percent. Naplnili sa tieto v\u00edzie?<\/h5>\n<p>To \u010d\u00edslo sa bohu\u017eia\u013e nepodarilo naplni\u0165, no \u010do sa t\u00fdka po\u010dtu \u0165a\u017eko zranen\u00fdch, tak zavedenie tohto tla\u010didla malo svoj zmysel. Zranen\u00fdch bolo menej a \u010do je d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9, od zavedenie tohto prvku je na cest\u00e1ch menej m\u0155tvych os\u00f4b, ke\u010f\u017ee pomoc k nehode pri\u0161la r\u00fdchlo.<\/p>\n<h5>Tento syst\u00e9m SOS tla\u010didla maj\u00fa zaveden\u00fd aj motorky. Pr\u00e1ve nehody motork\u00e1rov sa kon\u010dia \u010dasto smr\u0165ou.<\/h5>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ve pri motork\u00e1roch sa toto tla\u010didlo ve\u013emi osved\u010dilo. Ke\u010f\u017ee jazdia sami, tak ak po nehode pr\u00edde pomoc okam\u017eite, m\u00f4\u017ee im to zachr\u00e1ni\u0165 \u017eivot. V pr\u00edpadoch, ak sa nejedn\u00e1 o fat\u00e1lne zranenie, dok\u00e1\u017eu pre\u017ei\u0165, preto\u017ee dostan\u00fa r\u00fdchlu zdravotn\u00fa pomoc.<\/p>\n<p>\u010eal\u0161\u00edm prvkom, ktor\u00fd presadzujete a u\u017e sme ho spomenuli je predn\u00e9 brzdov\u00e9 svetlo. Ako vieme, u\u017e prebehlo testovanie na letisku v Berl\u00edne a teraz sa testuje v re\u00e1lnej prem\u00e1vke na Slovensku. \u010co sa bude teraz dia\u0165?<\/p>\n<p>Mus\u00edm poveda\u0165, \u017ee bolo ve\u013emi dobr\u00e9, \u017ee spo\u010diatku sa syst\u00e9m predn\u00e9ho brzdov\u00e9ho svetla testoval v uzavretom priestore, na letisku. No ve\u013ek\u00fd posun je, \u017ee sa moment\u00e1lne testuje v re\u00e1lnej prem\u00e1vke na Slovensku. Z toho toti\u017e mo\u017eno vyjd\u00fa \u010fal\u0161ie ot\u00e1zky, alebo zmeny, ktor\u00e9 bud\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pre n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 zavedenie prvku do v\u00fdbavy vozidiel. Pr\u00edzvukujem v\u0161ak, \u017ee je to eur\u00f3psky projekt a predn\u00e9 brzdov\u00e9 svetlo by malo by\u0165 jednotne zaveden\u00e9 v celej \u00danii. Pr\u00e1ve toto je mojim dlhodob\u00fdm poslan\u00edm, e\u0161te v \u010dase, ke\u010f som bol europoslanec aj teraz ako \u010dlen komisie, aby sa tieto procesy zjednodu\u0161ili a hlavne zjednotili na region\u00e1lnej, n\u00e1rodnej \u00farovni, t\u00fdm p\u00e1dom aj na eur\u00f3pskej \u00farovni.<\/p>\n<h5>\u010co pl\u00e1nujete v najbli\u017e\u0161ej bud\u00facnosti?<\/h5>\n<p>Po dlh\u00fdch rokoch som sa rozhodol nekandidova\u0165 do Eur\u00f3pskeho parlamentu, no vst\u00fapil som do Eur\u00f3pskej rady pre bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 dopravy a tu pokra\u010dujem vo svojom \u017eivotnom diele zvy\u0161ova\u0165 bezpe\u010dnos\u0165 na cest\u00e1ch. V\u010faka mojej sieti kontaktov budujem a podporujem projekt predn\u00e9ho brzdov\u00e9ho svetla a\u017e do jeho \u00faspe\u0161n\u00e9ho dotiahnutia konca. Budem na tom intenz\u00edvne pracova\u0165 a v\u00fdsledky z pr\u00e1ve prebiehaj\u00facich \u0161t\u00fadiu chcem posun\u00fa\u0165 na spr\u00e1vne miesta v Eur\u00f3pskom parlamente aj komisii ako z\u00e1stupca Eur\u00f3pskej rady bezpe\u010dnosti na cest\u00e1ch. Preto\u017ee d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 nie s\u00fa len dobr\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky, ale d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby sa tieto v\u00fdsledky dostali ku spr\u00e1vnym \u013eu\u010fom.
