A. Collection and processing of personal data, purpose
Personal data is all information about your identity, such as your name, e-mail address or postal address.
We collect, store, process and use your personal data in accordance with the applicable regulations for the protection of personal data for the purpose of processing your enquiries or orders. We collect, store and process personal data in addition, insofar as we are entitled or obliged to collect it for legal or other reasons in accordance with Article 6 GDPR and Section 25 of the German Data Protection Act (BDSG).

“Special types of personal data”, such as data on racial and ethnic origin, political opinion, religious and ideological beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, health data, data on Sexual life, sexual orientation, etc. are generally not collected, stored or processed by us.

Within the scope of the legally permissible use (as described in advance), our external service providers may also come into contact with personal data, in particular our IT service providers (homepage, software and hardware maintainers).
Data transfers to countries outside the European Union and the European Economic Area (“Third Countries”) are not carried out.

B. Information about your rights
You can request information from us at any time about the data stored about you and/or their correction in the event of errors. We are happy to provide you with such information free of charge within the limits set by Articles 12 and 15 GDPR.
Furthermore, you can request the restriction of the processing, the transfer of your personal data stored by us to you in a machine-readable format or the deletion of your data.

In addition, you have the right at any time to object to the use of your data, even if it is based on public or legitimate interests, in particular to object to advertising. To do this, please contact us in formally or by e-mail.
